For more than 15 years, Sören Kotte has been responsible for IT, websites, shops and design of the MyCocktailTaxi franchise system — today as managing partner of the franchisor company. The entire franchise runs in the cloud: Google Workspace is the shared platform for headquarters and locations, and there's hardly any paper left.

This is exactly the setup VEZOZA offers — not as theory, but as a system that has been running in our own business for years. The tools we set up and manage for clients are the same ones we work with ourselves.

MyCocktailTaxi has been running in the cloud for years: Google Workspace connects headquarters and locations, and the individual franchise businesses are managed remotely — email, CMS, access. Documents and processes are digital; there's hardly any paper left. On top of that: shops, domains, email and design for an entire system — with real responsibility for operations.

Who is behind VEZOZA?

VEZOZA was founded by Sören Kotte in Wuppertal. He is your direct point of contact for setup, operations and questions — from the domain to automation.

Does VEZOZA only work in Wuppertal?

No. VEZOZA is based in Wuppertal and supports businesses in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and beyond. Most tasks can be handled entirely remotely.

What does VEZOZA explicitly not do?

Supporting on-site servers, networks and end devices is not our focus. For that, we refer you to the Wuppertal IT service provider (MSP) Innovate Systems.

Will VEZOZA become the owner of my domain?

No. The domain stays registered to your business; VEZOZA only handles the technical management. The two are kept cleanly separate — and we put that in writing from the start. Licenses such as Google Workspace are also held directly by your business.
