How the prices are structured
VEZOZA is a system of building blocks. You start with Google Workspace: one clean migration, then ongoing management. Website, Google Business Profile, visibility and automation build on top of it. Because everything sits with one point of contact, there is no coordinating between five service providers, and you get one invoice.
Every building block has a fixed price and a clear limit. Anything beyond that is listed below with its price. So you know in advance what a change will cost.
Getting started: moving to Google Workspace
A one-off fixed price, whether you are coming from IONOS, Strato, Microsoft 365 or another provider. We give you the exact amount after the initial consultation.

Ongoing Google Workspace management
You don't have to become an administrator yourself. We take care of accounts, permissions and security, and your employees have one point of contact. The daily backup is always included, because Google Drive on its own is not a backup.

On top of this come the Google licenses, which you pay directly to Google, e.g. Business Standard at €13.60 per user per month on an annual plan (list price October 2026).

Once Workspace is running, what is often missing is your presence to the outside world. These building blocks run in the same system and with the same point of contact.

Website subscription: choose 12 or 24 months, then cancellable monthly. The monthly price is the same; with 12 months the setup fee is higher. Together with Workspace, the setup fee is halved in both variants. Ongoing changes included: you tell us what should change and we do it, whether new texts, images, services, team pages or promotions. New features or a relaunch are a separate project at a fixed price. After 36 months we refresh design and technology at no extra charge.

Local SEO and AI search can only be booked online together with a VEZOZA website, because we need to be able to implement the technology, structure and content ourselves. If your website runs elsewhere, we briefly check the technical situation and make you an offer. Google Business Profile and SEO: 6 months, Google Ads: 3 months, then cancellable monthly.

The more runs with us, the lower the price
- 10 % off module prices from three active modules. Workspace management counts towards this.
- 15 % with all four core modules: Workspace management, website, Google Business Profile and Local SEO and AI search.
- Excluded are workstation prices, email archive, setup fees, licenses and ad budget.
- Half setup fee for a website or Google Business Profile if you add it within 6 months of the Workspace migration.
- One invoice, one point of contact. No extra costs for coordination between the areas.

Price schedule: how prices will develop
Instead of price increases whenever money is tight, it is fixed from the start what you will pay in the coming years: plus 3 % on January 1, first in 2028, rounded to whole euros from €20 and to 10 cents below that. The schedule applies to all prices on this page; the table shows the most important ones.

One-off prices such as migration, setup or design rise by the same rule. For projects already commissioned, the price at the time of the order applies.
What else applies
- Licenses, domain, ad budget are in your company's name. We earn nothing on them and you remain the owner.
- Payment: recurring amounts monthly in advance by direct debit. Projects half on order, half on acceptance.
- Fixed price schedule: Prices apply until December 31, 2027 and then rise by 3 % every January 1, rounded to whole euros from €20 and to 10 cents below that. The amounts are set out in the contract in advance, see price schedule.
- Third-party costs such as Google licenses, the backup service or printing change with the provider. We pass on increases with at least 6 weeks' notice, and reductions too.
- Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, we hand over access and data free of charge.
- Data protection: For the administration we sign a data processing agreement with you.
Frequently asked questions
Will prices go up?
Yes, predictably and agreed in advance: all prices apply until December 31, 2027. After that they rise by 3 % every January 1, rounded to whole euros from €20 and to 10 cents below that. The amounts for the coming years are shown in the price schedule on this page and in your contract. No surprises, and no link to any index.
Why are the licenses not included in the price?
The Google Workspace licenses are in your company's name. You remain the owner of your environment, can see at any time what Google charges, and a price change at Google does not change our contract.
What counts as a workstation?
Every licensed user account in Google Workspace. Shared addresses such as info@ or invoices@ are set up as a group or alias at no cost. Archived accounts of former employees are billed at €5 a month.
What happens if we need more support than planned?
Management is designed for an average of 12 minutes per workstation per month, measured quarterly across the whole company. If you are above that, we raise it in the quarterly report. We then bill the extra time at the hourly rate, or you choose a better-value block of hours.
How long are we committed?
Workspace management runs for 12 months, then it can be cancelled monthly. The website subscription runs for either 12 or 24 months because we build the website up front; with 12 months the setup fee is higher, the monthly price stays the same. Google Business Profile and SEO run for 6 months, Ads and automation for 3 months. After that, everything can be cancelled monthly.
Can we book Local SEO for our existing website?
Local SEO and AI search can only be booked online together with a VEZOZA website, because we need to be able to implement the technology, structure and content ourselves. If your website runs with another provider, we briefly check the technical situation and then tell you whether, and at what price, we can take on the optimization.
Do we own the subscription website?
Content, texts, images and the domain belong to you and are handed over if you cancel. The technical system stays with us. If you want to take over the website completely, you pay a fixed buyout fee, which is halved after 36 months.
Is there round-the-clock support?
No, and we say so openly. Our service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. In the event of an outage we usually respond within four working hours. During holidays and sickness a partner covers for us who knows your environment from the operations manual.
