Google Workspace & Email

Google Workspace, set up and managed for you.

Gmail on your domain, shared storage in Drive, Calendar, Meet and clean user accounts — set up, secured and managed on an ongoing basis. You don't have to become a Google administrator yourself.

Switch without downtime Licenses in your company's name Personal point of contact

Set up properly, Google Workspace is your team's control center.

Most time is lost internally, not in marketing. Logins nobody remembers, mailboxes without a backup person, documents spread across five different drives. Google Workspace solves this — if it is set up cleanly.

Google Workspace combines Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Contacts, Groups and user management into one shared work environment. Set up wrong, it is a collection of individual accounts — with shared passwords, private sharing and files that suddenly go missing when an employee leaves.

VEZOZA takes care of setup and ongoing administration: from connecting your domain to users, groups and permissions, all the way to onboarding new employees and orderly offboarding of those who leave.

Built as a cloud platform: apps like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar and Meet are provided centrally and can be used without any local server infrastructure — starting with a single person.
In short: New employee starting on Monday? Account, address, calendar, groups and permissions are set up before she walks into the office. And whoever leaves loses access — the data stays with the company.

From an on-site office to an office in the cloud.

Many small businesses still work like they did 15 years ago: data on individual computers, email only on one PC in the office. With Google Workspace, the office becomes secure, mobile and low-maintenance — we handle the switch and then the day-to-day operation.

Common in many businesses today

Everything depends on individual devices

  • Important data on individual computers without a backup
  • Excel lists stored locally on the desktop, in five different versions
  • Passwords on sticky notes, former employees' logins still active
  • Email only on one single PC in the office

It works — until a computer fails or someone leaves the company.

With VEZOZA

Your office in Google Workspace

  • Files stored centrally in Google Drive — versioned, protected and accessible from any approved device
  • Shared spreadsheets in Google Sheets, everyone works on the same version
  • Accounts and access managed centrally, with 2-step verification
  • Gmail on your own domain — on phone, laptop and tablet

The computer becomes replaceable: new device, sign in, keep working.

1. Take stock

Mailboxes, calendars, contacts, file storage, logins and the software that really runs locally. From this we create a migration plan with a fixed date.

2. Move

Create accounts, transfer data, connect the domain, switch the MX records at the agreed time. Your team keeps working as usual in the meantime.

3. Operate

Introduction, 2-step verification for everyone, clear sharing rules — and after that a point of contact for every new person, every question and every change.

And the laptop? If everything lives in Google Workspace, you can work without Windows too: Googlebooks, the successors to Chromebooks, are built exactly for that. What they can do and when they are not a fit: Workplace without Windows.

Security and data protection — specific, not generic.

Google Workspace comes with strong protection features. But they only work if they are turned on and configured to fit your company.

Securing accounts

  • 2-step verification for all accounts
  • Admin rights only where they are needed
  • Rules for external sharing
  • Access blocked immediately when someone leaves

Email that arrives

Whether your emails land in the inbox or in spam is decided by DNS records. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly and protect your domain against spoofing. More on this under Domain, DNS & Hosting.

Retention, honestly planned

Drive has version history and a trash folder, but it is not a complete backup. If you have retention obligations, we plan Google Vault (depending on the edition) or a separate backup — and make sure of suitable data regions and the data processing agreement (DPA).

What it costs — and what doesn't go through us.

Management by VEZOZA

Managed Basic (from €349 / month) includes the one-time setup of Google Workspace. Ongoing administration is included from Managed Business (from €649 / month), plus €15 per managed workstation. See all packages.

Licenses directly from Google

The Google Workspace licenses are in your company's name and are paid directly to Google. You remain the owner of your environment — and a price change at Google doesn't change your contract with us.

Not the right choice for everyone: If you run specialized software locally, have a server on site or an established Windows domain, Microsoft 365 with an IT service provider (MSP) is often the better fit. We tell you so honestly in the Digital Check — and recommend Innovate Systems, a partner based in Wuppertal.

Frequently asked questions

Is Google Workspace worth it for very small businesses?

Yes. Google Workspace can be booked for a single person, and the Business plans go up to 300 users. Small businesses work without their own server and without on-site update appointments — using the same tools as large organizations.

Do I already need to use Google Workspace?

No. VEZOZA takes over existing Google Workspace environments or builds a new one — including moving email, calendars, contacts and files from your current system.

Will emails get lost during the switch?

Not if the move is planned. We transfer the mailboxes in advance, switch the MX records at an agreed time and then check that sending and receiving work. Your team keeps working as usual in the meantime.

Are the Google Workspace licenses included in the price?

No. The licenses are in your company's name and you pay Google directly. We handle setup and administration. That way it stays clear what our work costs and what third-party costs are.

What does ongoing management cost?

Ongoing Google Workspace administration is included from the Managed Business package (from €649 / month), plus €15 per managed workstation per month. Managed Basic includes the one-time setup but no ongoing administration.

Is Google Drive a backup?

Google Drive is highly available cloud storage with version history and a trash folder — deleted or overwritten files can be restored in many cases. But it is not a standalone backup with fixed retention periods. If you have requirements like that, we plan Google Vault (depending on the edition) or a separate backup.

Where is my data stored with Google Workspace?

Google runs data centers worldwide. Depending on the edition, data regions can be set for certain data, for example Europe. Which edition and which settings make sense for your company is something we clarify in the Digital Check. You sign a data processing agreement (DPA) directly with Google — we help you with it.

Can we keep working on Windows computers?

Yes. Google Workspace runs in the browser and in apps — on Windows, Mac, Linux, smartphones and tablets. What matters is that important data no longer sits on a single computer only.

Do we need new laptops for Google Workspace?

No. Your existing computers are fine. If you are replacing devices anyway, take a look at Googlebooks, the successors to Chromebooks: they are built for working in the cloud and don't need Windows. We don't sell or repair devices — we set up your accounts on them.
