What VEZOZA takes off your hands.

Six areas, one point of contact. Everything together as a managed plan at a fixed monthly price from €349 — or individual areas as needed. With a 12-month term, setup and a new website are included.

When something breaks, the hunt for whoever is responsible begins.

“The website isn't working.”

Is it the host? The domain? DNS? WordPress? The SSL certificate? The agency? Everyone points to someone else — and you phone your way through five hotlines while the site stays offline.

“Our emails aren't arriving.”

Is it Google Workspace? The domain registrar? The DNS provider? SPF, DKIM or DMARC? Three providers, three guesses — and nobody who sees the whole picture.

Typical setup

Coordinating five providers

  • Domain registrar
  • Hosting provider
  • Web agency
  • SEO, GEO and Ads agency
  • IT service provider
  • Graphic designer

In between: scattered passwords and logins, different contacts, separate invoices — and systems that aren't connected to each other. When something goes wrong, nobody feels responsible.

With VEZOZA

One point of contact who knows the whole system

  • Domain and DNS
  • Hosting and website
  • Google: Search, Maps, Ads
  • Google Workspace and email
  • Automations
  • Design and print

One digital infrastructure instead of isolated solutions. When something goes wrong, you don't have to coordinate anyone — there is one number, and the people there know your entire setup.

Google Workspace

From on-site chaos to an office in the Google cloud.

Many small businesses still work the way they did 15 years ago. With Google Workspace, the office becomes secure, mobile and low-maintenance — a cloud platform with no server of your own, available from a single user. We handle the move and the day-to-day running afterwards.

Today in many businesses

On-site IT chaos

  • Important data on individual computers without backup — if the hard drive fails, it's gone
  • Excel lists saved locally on the desktop, in five different versions
  • Updates nobody installs and antivirus that expired long ago
  • Passwords on sticky notes, former employees' logins still active
  • Emails only on a single PC in the office

It works — until a computer fails, someone leaves the company or a virus strikes.

With VEZOZA

Your office in Google Workspace

  • Files stored centrally in Google Drive — versioned, protected and accessible from any approved device
  • Shared spreadsheets in Google Sheets, everyone works on the same version
  • Google Workspace is always up to date, with no on-site update appointments
  • Accounts and access managed centrally, with two-factor protection — and clean offboarding of employees
  • Gmail with your own domain — on phone, laptop and tablet

The computer becomes replaceable: new device, sign in, carry on working. Nothing important is tied to a hard drive any more.

Only where it fits: Not every business can move entirely to the cloud. If you run specialist software locally or have a server on site, we will tell you so honestly in the Digital Check — more on this under “Who this is for”.

Website, SEO & Google

Be found when customers are searching.

Most local customers don't start their search on your website, but on Google. They search for a service, see businesses in the map view, compare reviews, then visit the website — and only then get in touch.

Step 1

Search

Become visible for relevant search terms — not just for your own company name.

Step 2

Map view

Appear where local customers are looking — with a complete, well-maintained profile.

Step 3

Website

Turn visitors into inquiries and customers, rather than just informing them.

Step 4

Advertising

Buy additional visibility for important searches, instead of just waiting.

Many service businesses no longer need a server of their own.

If you keep your accounts in Lexoffice, have email and documents in Google Workspace and manage your customers with web tools, you need little more than a browser at your desk. No local server, no software installation, no licence management on the computer. This is exactly where we come in — and guide you through the move.

This is where we come in

Cloud-first — or on the way there

Your business runs mainly on web services. Then the workstation becomes replaceable: new device, sign in, carry on working. For many service businesses this move is surprisingly simple — provided no in-house or locally installed software depends on it.

This applies to you if
  • your accounting and receipts run in the cloud (Lexoffice, sevDesk and similar)
  • email, calendar and documents live in Google Workspace
  • your industry and customer tools run in the browser
  • your team works on the go, from home or at changing locations
  • you don't run your own software or a server on site
  • Service providers
  • Consulting
  • Real estate
  • Law and tax firms
  • Agencies
  • Smaller medical practices

VEZOZA handles both: the transformation to get there and the day-to-day running afterwards — domain, website, Google, Google Workspace, automation.

We have a partner for this

Strong local IT on site

Some businesses can't move entirely to the cloud — often for good reason. Where specialist applications are installed locally, a server sits on site or a Windows environment with long-grown permissions exists, Windows plus Microsoft 365 is clearly the better choice. This kind of support focuses on devices, network and servers on site — a discipline of its own with its own tools, and not the one we call home.

This applies to you if
  • industry software is installed locally on the computers
  • you run your own server or a Windows domain on site
  • in-house applications or specialist systems are in use
  • devices, network and endpoint security need looking after

Innovate Systems — IT service provider (MSP) from Wuppertal, in business since 2002, with managed service contracts for exactly these cases.

To be upfront: We work for this IT service provider ourselves — website, design and external communication come from VEZOZA. Through this ongoing collaboration we know the provider's services, processes and contacts first-hand.

Which of the two directions your business belongs in, we will tell you in the Digital Check — even if the answer is that you are better off with the IT service provider. Many businesses actually need both: local IT from the IT service provider, digital presence from us.

When you call, you reach the person who built your system and knows it. For more than 15 years, Sören Kotte has been responsible for the IT, websites, shops and design of a franchise system — today as managing partner. The entire franchise runs in the cloud on Google Workspace and almost paperless: What VEZOZA offers has been in use there for years.

  • Built an entire franchise system in the cloud — Google Workspace as the shared platform for head office and locations
  • Every franchise business managed remotely: mailboxes, website content in the CMS, shops and logins — without servers on site
  • Almost paperless: documents, processes and communication run digitally
  • Website, shops, domains, email and design of an entire system from a single source
  • Own software products: Hausgeist, Franchise OS and Büroassistent

We work with the same technology large corporations use.

Small businesses often get outdated technology simply because they are small. With us, your systems run on the same platforms as at large companies — just without an IT department, without project management and without you having to deal with it.

Frequently asked questions.

Can VEZOZA take over my domain as well?

Yes. Existing domains can be managed technically or, if needed, transferred to a suitable provider.

Do I need to be using Google Workspace already?

No. VEZOZA can take over an existing Google Workspace environment or set up a new one.

Can VEZOZA look after individual areas only?

Yes. The managed plans are the recommended option because everything works together there — but individual services can also be delivered separately.

How long is the contract term?

You choose: a 6-month minimum term with setup billed separately, or a 12-month minimum term with standard setup fully included. In both cases the contract then continues indefinitely and can be cancelled monthly. It does not automatically renew for another fixed term — so you never have to keep an eye on a notice period to avoid being tied in for months again.

Are Google Workspace licenses included in the price?

No. The licenses are in your company's name and you pay Google directly — just like domain fees and ad budget. We handle the administration. That way it stays clear what our work costs and what third-party costs are, and a price change at Google does not change your contract with us.

Is Google Ads included in the monthly price?

Ads management is included from the Growth plan and can be added to Business — it is not part of the Basic plan. The actual ad budget is always paid separately and directly to Google and is not included in any monthly price.

Can my existing website be taken over?

In many cases, yes. We first check the technical situation and tell you honestly whether taking it over is worthwhile or whether a rebuild makes more sense.

You will find more answers on the individual service pages, for example on Google Workspace, Website & SEO and Domain & hosting.
