Domain, DNS & Hosting

Domain, DNS and hosting from a single source.

Your website, email and many cloud services depend on your domain and its DNS records. VEZOZA takes over this technical foundation completely — from domain management and hosting in Germany to SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Invisible — until something stops working.

Nobody notices domain, DNS and hosting as long as they run. When one of them fails, the website is gone, emails don't arrive or a certificate expires — and often nobody remembers where the logins are.

Hosting & operations

At Hetzner in Germany — so your site keeps running, even at night

Every website is built on several components: the domain at a registrar, the DNS records that define where website and email point, the server the site runs on, and the certificate that encrypts the connection. Over the years, these components tend to spread across different providers and accounts.

VEZOZA brings order to this: we record what lives where, consolidate the logins and then take over management, hosting and maintenance. We host your website in Germany, on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in German data centers — with SSL, regular backups and monitoring that alerts us before your customers notice.

You remain the domain owner. The domain stays registered to your company; we only handle the technical management and put that in writing. You pay registration fees directly to the provider.

Email deliverability: the part almost everyone underestimates.

Whether your emails arrive or land in spam is decided in DNS records nobody ever sees. We set them up properly and check delivery instead of hoping.

SPF

Defines which servers may send on your behalf — your mailbox, your newsletter tool, your contact form. Everything else is treated as suspicious.

DKIM

Digitally signs every outgoing email. The recipient can verify that the message really comes from your domain and wasn't altered along the way.

DMARC

Checks whether the sender domain and email authentication match, and defines how suspicious messages are handled and reported — an important protection against spoofed senders.

Together with Google Workspace: we set up MX records, domain verification and email authentication right during setup. Learn more under Setting up and managing Google Workspace.

Otherwise, when something fails, the search for who's responsible begins.

“The website isn't working.”

Is it the host's fault? The domain? The DNS? WordPress? The SSL certificate? Everyone points to someone else — and you call one hotline after another while the site stays offline.

“Our emails aren't arriving.”

Is it the mailbox provider? The domain provider? The DNS? SPF, DKIM or DMARC? Three vendors, three guesses — and nobody who sees the whole picture.

Typical setup

Spread across several providers

  • Domain at a registrar nobody remembers
  • Hosting with a second provider
  • DNS records set by a former agency
  • Logins buried in old emails and on sticky notes

When something breaks, nobody feels responsible.

With VEZOZA

One point of contact knows the setup

  • Domain and DNS documented and managed in one place
  • Website hosting in Germany with SSL and backups
  • Monitoring reports outages and expiring certificates
  • Email records checked and maintained

There is one number — and the people there know your entire setup.

Migration without downtime.

A domain or hosting migration isn't a risk when it's planned. We only make the move once everything is prepared.

1. Take inventory

Where is the domain, which DNS records exist, which services depend on it — website, mailboxes, forms, newsletters, verifications.

2. Prepare

The new server and certificate are ready, and all records are copied over and checked before anything is switched.

3. Switch & verify

The switch happens at the agreed time, followed by checks of the website, SSL, incoming and outgoing email. You receive the documented logins.

Included in every plan: domain and DNS management and website hosting incl. SSL, backups and monitoring are part of every plan from Managed Basic (from €349 / month) — they are the foundation, not an add-on. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are included from Managed Business. View plans.

Frequently asked questions

Can VEZOZA take over my existing domain?

Yes. We can manage existing domains technically or, if needed, transfer them to a suitable provider. Beforehand we check which services depend on the domain, so nothing gets lost during the move.

Does my domain have to be transferred to VEZOZA?

Not necessarily. Depending on your existing infrastructure, we also work with your current providers and only manage the DNS records and settings.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain stays registered to your company — VEZOZA only handles the technical management. We keep these roles clearly separate and put them in writing from the start. You pay the registration and renewal fees directly to the provider.

Will my website or email go down during the move?

We plan the move so your website and email stay reachable throughout: records are copied over in advance, the new server is prepared, and the switch happens at an agreed time. Afterwards we check the website, SSL and email delivery.

Where is my website hosted?

We host your website in Germany — including SSL certificate, backups, monitoring and technical maintenance.

What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC have to do with my emails?

These DNS records define who may send on your behalf (SPF), sign your emails (DKIM) and determine what happens to forgeries (DMARC). If they are missing or set incorrectly, your emails end up in spam more often and your domain is easier to abuse for spoofed senders.

Do you also handle DNS settings for other services?

Yes. This includes website records, MX records, subdomains, redirects and the domain verifications required by services such as Google Workspace, newsletter or booking tools.

What does the management cost?

Domain and DNS management and website hosting including SSL, backups and monitoring are included in every managed plan, starting with Managed Basic at €349 per month. SPF, DKIM and DMARC as well as ongoing email and DNS configuration are included from Managed Business.
